  • We prioritize building strong, long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring that our strategies are not only effective but also sustainable in the long run. That sounds nice, but how do we accomplish that? 

    When you choose us, you’ll have a direct point of contact. The same higly-expirienced professional that you worked with to build your coverage portfolio will remain your advisor— one who knows you and your account from day one.  

  • MSPA works with a wide range of businesses and families/individuals. Generally, we are not a fit for single-policy needs and will ask for a $5,000 annual minimum in combined premium. As a result, our professional services are included with no additional fee. All insurance agents, us or anyone else, is compensated directly by the insurance company.

  • Our primary goal is a confident client: a client who understands their risks and the insurance put in place to solve those problems. A client who knows "it's handled" and the coverage you've purchased works as intended. You'll likely have a similar relationship with your CPA, attorney, or financial advisor; keep us informed of changes in your picture and we'll continue to keep your coverage program relevant and cost-effective.

  • We generally do not need to charge a fee for our services. All insurance agents and agencies are compensated directly by the insurance company. That being said, some small but labor intensive accounts may be subject to an annual policy risk management fee, which would be disclosed to you beforehand.

  • Yes, we offer a free initial consultation to discuss your needs and determine how we can assist you. This meeting allows us to understand your situation and provide an overview of potential strategies.

  • Our process is in depth. Given our obligations to other clients, we generally need a week to complete an account review.

  • You will work directly with an experienced stakeholder insurance agent who specializes in your matter. While support staff may assist with certain tasks, your agent will always oversee all aspects of your account and remain your primary point of contact.

  • We are licensed in multiple states, including MN, WI, IA, KS, AZ, and FL. Depending on the specific policy language, we can address clients with global needs.
